Community Partners The Gilead Center partners with the following four community partner organizations to conduct health outreach and referral and enrollctivities: Centro Romero: Working on the Chicago Northeast side, Centro Romero offers interrelated programs including adult education, legal assistance, women's empowerment programs, and community organizing. 6216 N. Clark The Council of Islamic Organizations of Greater Chicago: The Council is a federation of Islamic Centers, mosques, schools, social service groups and other organizations on Chicago's North and South Sides and the suburbs of Morton Grove, Des Plaines, Northbrook, Villa Park, Lombard, and Bridgeview. 231 S. State St., Suite 300 Healthcare Consortium of Illinois: HCI is a community-based integrated health and human service organization with a diverse membership.
